Monster Hunter Outlanders will hold its first Closed Beta Test (CBT) after mid-November 2025, giving players an early chance to experience the new entry in the Monster Hunter franchise ahead of its official launch.
The recruitment period is now open, running from September 24, 2025, to November 7, 2025 (UTC-7). Players can apply through the official Monster Hunter Outlanders website by logging into or registering a Level Infinite Pass account and completing the recruitment survey. Test invitations will be distributed within five days of the recruitment period ending.

Players who previously signed up with their email on the official site will have a higher chance of receiving an invite.
Monster Hunter Outlanders beta details
- Test Timing: After mid-November 2025 (exact dates will be confirmed later).
- Eligibility: The CBT is open only to players aged 18 and above.
- Data Wipe: All progress and play data will be reset once the test ends.
- Confidentiality: Content from the CBT is strictly confidential; participants are not allowed to share details on social media, video platforms, or any other online services.
Device Requirements:
- iOS: iPhone 12 or newer, running iOS 17 or above.
- Android: Devices with at least 8GB RAM, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 or higher CPU, and Android 12 or later.
Capcom notes that the game is still in development, so performance and device requirements may not reflect the final release version.
The Monster Hunter Outlanders Closed Beta will give hunters a chance to experience new systems, balance tweaks, and server performance before launch. While the exact content of the CBT has not been detailed, Capcom emphasizes that all content is still in development and may change significantly in the final release.
It is worth noting that each participant can only apply once. Test accounts are for personal use only. Sharing, trading, or transferring will result in disqualification. Each test account is bound to the first device it’s used on, so switching devices will not be supported during the beta.
