Sure, the newer 9800X3D has come along to best it, but while its predecessor is on sale for Black Friday, it offers excellent bang for your buck. Ryzen X3D technology
The stand-out feature of the Ryzen 7 7800X3D is its 3D V-Cache design. Ever since AMD started releasing X3D processors, the technology has proven to be a massive hit with gamers. As a result of the 3D stacked design, the 7800X3D offers 96MB of L3 Cache which helps reduces latency. This is particularly useful for games as they frequently need access to new pieces of data. The result is higher average FPS and excellent 1% lows – in other words, much fewer stutters. This can be felt more in more CPU-bound games.

It’s also not bad for multitasking, and a step above the Ryzen 5 models with their more limited 6-core design. In any case, if you want to ensure this X3D processor is running efficiently, you’ll want to pair it with one of the best CPU coolers for the 7800X3D.
