Sims 4 developers recommend an Intel core i5 (4 cores), AMD Ryzen 5 CPU, or better paired with an NVIDIA GTX 650, AMD Radeon HD 7750 GPU, or better but this will not give you the best experience on Sims 4 or any modern game for that matter.

This combination gives it a good performance level at 1080p and for Sims 4 you can push that even higher to 1440p and even 4K with some tweaking. It also comes with 16GB of DDR4 and 1TB of NVMe, which does mean it has fast processing and loading overall.
